The list will appear in our Team page. We can also add to the config file the github usernames, and instead of just listing the names, we can list the names with links like the inactive maintainers list, or we can also have the github avatars like the active maintainers list. The reason I implemented it with the names is that I didn't know the github usersnames of the previous committee members. But I don't have a preference for any format. The list of members also appears in our CoC page, and the same applies.
@TomAugspurger @jorisvandenbossche can you make the decision on who will be in the committee, so we can move forward with this please?
