Reproducible Example

Issue Description
.dt should be supported with datetime and timedeltas. With numpy, the code above would work.
Expected Behavior
>>> td = pd.Series([pd.Timedelta(seconds=30)])
>>> td.dt.seconds
0 30
dtype: int32
