DOC: doc string is not very clear for Series.quantile

What is a la ? Is it French or a typo ? Suggest change it to something easy to understand

@peterpanmj Well, it looks like series.quantile and numpy.percentile offer something similar. I don't know what the 'a la' means but to the best of my knowledge, I have submitted the PR to update the docs for now.
