Improve display of printed content

Users may want to print copies of hub content to use offline. The default print styles seem to work reasonably well when printing with the system dialog but need to evaluate the appearance of pages with content that includes all available formatting. Based on a first pass, consider tweaks to header size and how notices are displayed.

@ljwalker I saw that you printed a few Symbiota KHub pages to PDF – any thoughts off the top of your head related to that formatting? We may or may not prioritize everything for GEO OSE but I figure you may have noticed things.

I made these by saving to PDF from the browser (i.e. the usual way), and the main thing I had to do to get the formatting right was to narrow the margins. However, while that option works great for screen usage, it might truncate things for actual printing.

I tweaked the print styles and added a print link to the article footer on my dev fork. Mostly this involved changing font sizes and hiding extraneous elements, but I did remove the trailing URLs that the theme inserts by default after each anchor tab. There is a tradeoff between clutter and being able to see the full links there--does anyone feel strongly that the links should be visible in a printout?

Nice! I think it makes sense to omit the URLs from the print versions, but keep them embedded (as normally linked text) for PDF usage.

Can the outlines around the resource cards and admonitions be colorized to match their colors in the web versions? (doesn't have to be filled in to be printer friendly, just the line itself)
