Consider adding alternative ways to filter topics #104
Description
In the middling stages of information architecture for the Knowledge Hub, we had at one point grouped the navigation into four activity types: Capture Data, Manage Data, Share Data, and Discover Data. For various reasons those categories did not make it into the current version of the site, but it might be worth considering building future interfaces around them. Maybe could relate to #52 and be a curated, prefiltered view on Browse by topic, e.g. answering the question of "what are the key resources XYZ researcher user persona needs at during of these four activity types?"
