Change icon source for notice boxes

Formatting on notices is much improved from earlier versions, but one additional change we'd like is to use icons from Font Awesome* vs. Unicode. The icons we want to use are:

• .notice--warning - https://fontawesome.com/icons/triangle-exclamation?f=classic&s=solid
• .notice--danger - https://fontawesome.com/icons/fire?f=classic&s=solid
• .notice--success - https://fontawesome.com/icons/thumbs-up?f=classic&s=solid
• .notice--tip - https://fontawesome.com/icons/lightbulb?f=classic&s=solid

*looks like we are already using Font Awesome for the page metadata icons, so I figure this shouldn't be too burdensome, but if it is we can re-evaluate.

Where does this issue stand after 410b66b?

The original request is tricky. The notice labels are being added use the ::before pseudo-element in the CSS, which AFAIK can only have one set of styles applied to them. If we use the Font Awesome images, we have to use that font for the whole label, which looks goofy to me:

I've tried using ::first-letter to set the font for the icon character but it's not working for me.

If we really want the Font Awesome images, we might need to redo the notices as includes.

Where does this issue stand after 410b66b?

Still as written here, that commit does update the icon style, but still using unicode characters.

I am going to move this issue into the "parking lot" milestone, i.e. let's consider it out of scope for GEO OSE. It seems like more than a small amount of effort and the existing icons are totally functional.
