Wrong doc - 1.3.2 not on jsdelivr

Hi,

Thank you for this great vue module.
Unfortunately the doc is mispelling. The available version on jsDlivr is 1.3.1 not 1.3.2.

jsDelivr uses new URL structure for new files so the docs links needs to be updated.

Add .min. to files to auto-minify.
