What are the changes the user will see?

Some Pokemon appear more frequently in grunt pools, reverted Rose change since it was too powerful in practice. Guzma's team has received buffs as he was regarded as one of the lackluster Evil Team leaders in terms of difficulty. Though I'd wager the changes are nothing too major.

Why am I making these changes?

Rose's buff was too strong, he is already regarded as one of the more "difficult" bosses so it was a simple revert. Guzma was really lacking in his fight, so I made his Pinsir a boss and put it in the STRONGER template to hopefully give it an edge up in the fight. Grunt pools were minorly adjusted just to make certain Pokemon they use in mainline appear more frequently

What are the changes from a developer perspective?

  • Removed Bergmite from Team Flare Grunt / Admin pools as it felt unfitting with their theme. (Hisui Avalugg was deliberately kept in the rare pools to align with teams getting variants of Pokemon from their generation, Hisui Avalugg feels more fitting in terms of evil factor )
  • Swapped order of Star 3 and Star 4's Rare pool just to look more organized with the others Star admins.🙂
  • Devolved Mantine in Aqua Grunt pools to be consistent with the template.
  • Moved Cubchoo and Klink down to Uncommon for Plasma Grunts since they're not particularly strong Pokemon, allowing more likely variation for teams.
  • Moved Alola Vulpix and Sandshrew to Uncommon for Aether Grunts since they are also not particularly strong Pokemon, allowing more likely variation for teams. Added Mimikyu and Magnemite to Rare to compensate.
  • Moved Drowzee to Common for Skull Grunts for more likely variation and Drowzee not being a particularly strong Pokemon either.
  • Giovanni 2 now has Storm Drain Gastrodon / Water Absorb Seismitoad
  • Guzma 1 now has Tinted Lens Lokix / Yanmega
  • Guzma 1 and 2 now has Technician Scizor / Sharpness Kleavor
  • Scizor / Kleavor moved to Slot 2 in Guzma 2 so Hisui Samurott / Crawdaunt get the Strong boost from the 165 Template
  • Pinsir moved to the last slot to get the benefit of the Stronger boost from the 165 Template, made a boss and removed Buzzwole's boss bars.
  • Reverted Rose's change from [Balance] Tweak evil boss teams, fix aesthetic details #4214, now leads with a boss Archaludon once again.

  1. Why did the ordering of some pools get changed with no functional difference? [Bulbasaur, Glimmet] -> [Glimmet, Bulbasaur]
  2. Bergmite was completely removed from flare pools rather than being shuffled around
