Describe the bug
While doing the Daily Run I encountered the Poliwrath boss on floor 10 and noticed that its front sprite animation seems a bit weird. During the animation when Poliwrath moves down the body it seems like the pixels at the top of his head just get copied a few rows instead of having a clean transition. Also the left side of the belly gets a double black pixel outline for a brief moment. Checking the Gen 5 sprite that it's based off it seems to be an actual error since in B/W/B2/W2 the animation doesn't stratch like this. On futher research it seems like at least the top head error is present in the Bulbapedia sprite, unsure if the origin of PokeRogue's sprites came from there.

Expected behavior
The top of the head should move down matching the lower buddy so the eyes and top of the body doesn't look stretched and unclean. Also the left belly should maybe have only 1 line of dark pixels instead of 2 in the one animation frame.
