I created a solution in my gitlab environment(open source) for the comunity to be used to run an AWS serverless Pact broker and postgres database, which can be deployed in AWS with one click

Hey this looks great, looking forward to taking it for a spin.

I have a question, why would one need to store contracts in S3? This seems a superfluous step, as the Pact Broker does this for you.

We mention that we can use s3

The Pact broker also versions pacts for you

which allows it to deal with duplication of contents and pre-verify results.

sMy solution is serverless and works very well to spin up for demo purposes. o if you use a postgress database serverless it is stateless. In order to maintain state you need to setup a backup storage. It can be interesting for mid size companies who do not want to make a huge investment and or like develop everything serverless. But I also can create a pact broker serverless with an postgres rds of course, both flavors can be developed.
