Adds a `.ipynb` file kind and viewer instead of routing notebooks to the unsupported-file fallback. Markdown/code cells render through the shared Markdown component; outputs handle stream/error/image/text MIME types. Read-only — no cell editing or kernel execution. Closes pacifio#33
