typo in ?sleuth_prep

Small thing but just a heads up that when using `?sleuth_prep` I am pretty sure there is a typo in the filter_fun description:

"at least 5 estimated counts in at least 47 for more information"

I am guessing that is supposed to be 5 estimated counts in 47% of samples?
