Fix P4TC runtime errors in C file.

  1. Adapted the name of the table lookup kfunc (which is now bpf_skb_p4tc_tbl_read)
  2. For send_to_port, if incoming parameter is input_port from pna_main_input_metadata_t, then replace it with skb->ifindex
