Start here] → /start (existing personal hub entry) Three-step recipe collapsed into <details>; honestly notes that a cross-origin probe from this page to http://127.0.0.1:3131 would be blocked by mixed-content rules, so the launch button (no probe) is the honest path. No mock terminal — would have re-introduced the 42 placeholder lines we removed in §16. Three buttons in front of three already-shipped surfaces — pure ephemeralization on the discoverability layer. Phase ladder updated: - Phase 2.5 (shipped 2026-05-02) added — three converging paths - Phase 3 recast as "editor pane next to the existing terminal" (only the editor is new; substrate stays one source) doc-library/index.json: regenerated by build:doc-index (CWP-VIBE grew §18 + §19 closures).
