Odd behavior of zooming of Logarithmic axis in Cartesian plot

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Axis Example/Logarithmic axes
2. Try to zoom in or zoom out plot (both axes same time) while bug will not occur
3. From one moment you may see that values on axes dramatically changed (for example from 1e-200 to 1e0)

Platform:
.NET version: netcore3, net45

Expected behaviour

You should observe successive changes of values on axes

Actual behaviour

From one moment you may see that values on axes dramatically changed (for example from 1e-200 to 1e0).
On screenshots below I zoom out and axes values changed not successive. It may relate to #16, #89, #593, #900
