[support bundles] Confirm that support bundle datasets can be mounted on reboot

We've been seeing similar issues for the debug dataset, and I want to confirm these are still available post-boot

As a follow-up: Pretty sure these are not getting mounted on reboot, we will need to do some work to patch this when presumably loading the debug dataset.
