Crucible, depending on volume size and amount of repair required could take minutes before that repair completes and the volume will be activated and allow incoming IO.

Crucible should report the initial repair progress in a way propols/nexus can consume.
Note, this is a different subsystem than LiveRepair which will have its own issue.

EDIT: update: the notification service will be shared for both Reconciliation and LiveRepair!
