Found on the instance create form – for example with the boot disk. In this case the bar bar becomes its own input – "Source type", but the interaction is unclear.
The easiest fix would be to use a regular radio group. But that makes switching type feel smaller than it should.
Also considering opening a modal, and clicking save or select to apply the boot disk. And the result can show up summarised in a mini table. It's clearer I think – but does add an extra step to open the modal first.
