Steps to show bandwidth control

• deploy ssh public key to remote servers
• bash mytc_init.sh
• open multiple terminals to start file transfer from local to remote servers, i.e. ssh file user@remote-server:/tmp
• bash demo.sh (dynamic adjust bandwidth and print bandwidth statistics)
