Adopt async fs refactor from downstream `rspack-resolver`

1. asynchronize all fs calls
2. benchmark only single thread with codspeed and remove resovler cache in benchmark, so the performance degraded

But may I ask is there any specific reason? I was thinking should I adopt the changes into unrs-resolver.
