Unable to login or signup

I am trying to use this dashboard for educational purpose as reference.  I am not able to login or sign up to the dashboard. I am getting the error: 
POST https://iot.pixelplux.com/api/user/signup net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
