Document occ command set in docs repro

...and test the various data_exporter occ commands...

This is a reminder to create an issue in docs for occ apps commands regarding the new set of occ commands of data_reporter including a basic description. This would help a lot to cover things in advance and gives the programmers also a good overview of what has been made. A PR is even better, does not matter if set on hold...

the content in the docs repro has been updated and brought to our Antora documentation standard.

Please be adviced, that data_exporter/docs and the docs repro are now different!

You MUST NOT change anything in data_exporter/docs as this gets lost.
The ONLY place to change is now the docs repro

• content update and beautifying
• text reordering
• styles according the Antora standard
• added links and cross referencing (including to occ apps commands)

I propose to create a new issue where you set items/milestones for an initial official release where you refrence as one point the open docs PR.

Proposing to close this issue as the work is done.
