Describe the bug

I recently migrated to OVH and am experiencing a critical issue where my VPS becomes completely unreachable after any reboot. Whether I'm restarting for dependency updates or other maintenance, the VPS fails to come back online—I've waited up to 5 hours with no recovery. I've confirmed with other users who are experiencing the same behavior. Currently, I'm avoiding reboots entirely as a workaround, but this is unsustainable since I'm using the VPS for storage and logs. The inability to safely reboot raises serious concerns about data reliability. Has anyone encountered this issue and found a solution, or are there known compatibility issues with OVH's VPS infrastructure?

Steps To Reproduce

Initiate a reboot via any method (command line reboot, OVH control panel, etc.)
Observe that the VPS becomes unreachable via SSH, ping, or any other network protocol
Wait for recovery—issue persists indefinitely
