  • Add readme.txt and set 2.4.0 as its tag in anticipation of this being a feature release
  • Configure GitHub Actions to send tags to Wordpress.org svn
  • Make dependencies explicit in composer.json
  • Minor code clarity tweaks

Actions config is almost directly copied from the Action's example as I'm not aware of any special requirements for us. Changes are:

  • set slug to 'Routemaster'
  • use a stable tag
  • call it 'Publish..'
