Stars! 2.7j - Can't assign races in Build 2094

WineDVM 0.7 (Build 1056) allows Stars! to proceed with assigning races while setting up advanced games, but Build 2094 will not react to inputs. You can move past that screen, but changing races in particular is simply unresponsive.
