Remove max idle timeout

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'd like to remove the max idle timeout because my actions board is running in kiosk mode in a dashboard.

I'd like to disable it entirely. like MAX_IDLE_TIMEOUT=-1 or something like that.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I can of course wrap my dashboard in a rotating grafana monitor, but that feels overkill.

In preferences page "Pause Auto-Refresh on Idle" option is there, have you looked into it?
