How can one simultaneously produce both HTTP-FLV and HTTP-TS streaming outputs?

I configured it as follows, only .ts can be played

http_remux {
        enabled     on;
        mount       [vhost]/[app]/[stream].flv;
        mount       [vhost]/[app]/[stream].ts;
}

I also tried using two vhosts, but still couldn't play both streams successfully.
