[BUG] New drag to reorder feature resyncs document when nothing was reordered

What happened?

With new drag to reorder functionality in v1.16.6, when you drag a page but don't move it to a new location and let it go again, the document resyncs (with "Sync document PDFs" enabled in settings).

Resyncs should only happen when the page order has actually been changed to prevent unnecessary reprocessing, optimally with a confirm/save or discard dialog when the app detects a change in the page order.

Also, resyncing in general should only start after you exit the document tab back to the home tab and not after every single change to not waste system ressources. Though I'm not sure if the app does or doesn't already start resyncing immediately after one single change in the document.

@farfromrefug I can't confirm that. I'm using my file manager to check the timestamp of the synced PDFs and it always becomes the current time after starting to reorder but stopping without having changed the order.

Do you think it will be possible to make the app aware if the page order has been changed or if it stayed the same? What did you try do fix it? It didn't seem to work, as I just described.

@farfromrefug Also, did you manage to find out if the app - when you use "Sync document PDFs" - only syncs all changes after leaving a document / the app or if it happens after every single change? Regarding unnecessarily using system resources.

@Yquas actually it will be fixed in next version. Sync happens on every change but only sync the changed document.
