Description
(I am sorry, I found the problem in Vespucci on my phone and I am not sure what is necessary - I am not proficient enough with smartphones or Osmose)
Osmose at least in Vespucci complains about
area:highway=footway + footway=sidewalk (https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/945952686 It wants highway=footway or highway=construction id: c5fa259a-7272-fd36-8585-b8734ae5a673)
area:highway=* + smoothness=* (https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/1162993735 It wants highway or e.g. amenity=parking id: e8f91529-3da2-da74-41ae-d452f4b81d61)
Similarly with step_count=*
Probably it should not complain (unless I should not duplicate footway=sidewalk etc. on area:highway - however I could argue that at least with smoothness users could want to know to what area it applies). This may apply to other tests.
