add duplicate detection `ref:FR:SIRET`

Hello,
In France, each business establishment declared to the French administration has a SIRET number. In OSM, the tag used for this is ref:FR:SIRET.

A SIRET number is unique, so the same SIRET number must not be tagged on several objects in OSM. Is it possible to add a duplicate on OSMOSE check for SIRET numbers (ref:FR:SIRET), as is already done for postal addresses ?

It's a great idea indeed which may be applicable for many other refs.
I see use cases for ref:FR:gdo, ref:FR:ARCEP and ref:FR:ANFR
