update 'Getting started' docs defining what stands for OSISM #808

by merging this request we:

  • start the very first section of the documentation defining what stands for OSISM;
  • fix the "Getting started" by introducing the meaning behind OSISM right away.

new comers should not take longer to be presented with that definition.

I wanted to revise that. The original name from which the abbreviation came was Open Source Infrastructure and Services Manager. In the meantime, however, OSISM is simply OSISM and we haven't used the long name for a very long time. I think it would be better to put this in an appendix to a history chapter.

well, IMHO, the original name could at least be mentioned at the "Getting started" (and also added to the appendix); but, again, that's probably just a personal preference of mine.

should you be up to the proposed change, I would be happy to adjust the PR and make it into the upstream code. otherwise it's perfectly fine to just close this and we move on.
