Issues with codification

Original information :

I have problem with printpdf plugin. I renamed Download Pdf to Vytvořit leták. And my problem is with characters like č,ř,ě, ...etc

When you look to my website there you can see it:

I use osclass 3.0.1 and printpdf plugin is 1.3 version

I could reproduce this issue but not sure how to fix it. Problem seems to be with the TCPDF library used
