This PR updates
ci.ymlto build Python 3.14 wheels.Furthermore, the PR updates the required Python version to 3.8, as support for Python 3.7 has effectively been dropped in #121. Given that Python 3.8 and 3.9 have already reached their end of life, it could be worth considering dropping support also for those versions, but I will leave this decision up to the maintainers.
