Do we want an unsafe or footgun feature flag?

As mentioned in #6 we might want to allow footgun customizations (things that can break either a build, or result in an unusable image) in some cases. Let's figure if we want this and how we would tell osbuild-composer if this flag is enabled or not.

@croissanne and @ochosi I know you've both spoken about this :)

With the current introduction of the fedora_core distro in osbuild/images#14 it might be possible to duplicate the OS pipeline or OSCustomizations with something that enables more specifically for that distro?
