feat: add reusable IconButton component.

This PR adds a new IconButton (file named icon-button.tsx ) component with support for:

• clean, smooth hover and click animation
• optional label with dynamic padding
• support for icon size, position, and stroke width
• full theme integration with contextual background styles

Also includes:

• comp-597, comp-598, and comp-599 showcasing usage
• Integration on sola.ysz.life for reference.
