add defaultValue property in multiselect.tsx

for using this change benefit:

defaultValue={[{ value: "example", label: "example" }, ...]}

This default will be insert default values and labels to MultiSelect by default, for best ui experience, you should update your current selected value to the same as defaultValue, so component rendered, your MultiSelect will come with default values and selected default value
