Publishing to PyPI

Hey just wanted to say thanks for modifying the code to work with OrientDB 3.0. I was wondering if you would publish the update to PyPI?

I have tried contacting the authors to gain maintainer status so that I can publish the latest edits and updates to PyPI, but after a couple of email exchanges, I have not heard back from the authors. Does anybody know or have the capability to update PyPI?
