Configuration dialog now shows (longest) comment from corresponding #ifdef line

I have no idea how to reach this dialog : I have never seen it and I can't find it :(
Where is it ?

OK, I refactored whole thing a bit more... Please try....

Just tested: works fine: now no one can miss it !
I added a flag and saw it automatically arrive in the list :) (even the description in comment :) :) )
