I can't download Arduino core STM32, could i get some help ?

Hi,

I am trying to run the STM32LowPower TimedWakeup example, but I am encountering an error:

From my research, I assumed that the required core comes with the board manager, as that is the only thing I have installed.

However, I can't find the core in the Arduino IDE's library manager either.

Any help would be appreciated!
