Unable to login

Hello Deepgram Team,

We would like to try out your service but are currently unable to log in.

We created an account and confirmed the verification email.
However, when attempting to log in, we receive the error: "Failed to log in."
When trying to sign up again, we get: "Something went wrong! Please try again."
When attempting to reset the password, we see: "The email address is not verified."
I already reached out on Discord but haven't received a response yet, though I noticed another user reporting the same issue.

I also spoke with your staff members, Danny and Bronson. Bronson saw the problem via screen-share and advised me to post my issue here. It seems like there's a bug in the sign-up process.

In the meantime, could you manually verify my account so I can log in?

I tried signing up with everything - google, github, azure and even email, none worked

1. Your IP address, which you can find by visiting a website like https://www.whatsmyip.org/. This will help us ensure that nothing unusual is happening.
2. The browser you are using and whether you have any extensions installed. If you do, please try reloading the page with the extensions turned off, as some extensions interfere in unexpected ways with our site.
3. A screenshot of your network tab while you are hitting this signup error. To do this, right click on the page, click Inspect and in the window that shows up select "Console" next to Elements. Take a screenshot after you click "Create Account"

Hi Deepgram Team. I have the same issue here. For me, it's actually when I try to log in and not to sign up. Can you please send me the email address that I need to contact in order for me to send you the IP address and all of the information you need?
