the codespace suddenly stops working every few minutes, and I don't know why. this started after I clicked on "turn on cloud changes". the codespace interface has also changed, with colors changing and some CS50 specific features disappearing. what should I do to get everything back to normal?

Immediate Steps to Fix This:

1. Turn Off Cloud Changes

2. Restart Your Codespace

3. Reset VS Code Settings (if problem persists)

If This Doesn't Work:

Create a New Codespace

Check CS50 Specific Features

The disappearing CS50 features suggest the codespace isn't properly recognizing it's a CS50 environment. The new codespace approach above should fix this.

Prevention for Future:

• Avoid enabling "Cloud Changes" or "Settings Sync" in CS50 codespaces unless specifically instructed by CS50 staff
• These features can override the carefully configured CS50 environment
