Description of issue

This seems kind of weird but, where is OpenSSL installed? According to brew list, I have openssl1 and openssl3 installed. And that appears to be true, apache seems to be using it.

But the openssl that came with the OS is 0.9.8 or something very old.

So then its probably in /usr/local/bin with everything else Homebrew installs? But its not! Its not there or anywhere that I can figure out. It feels like I'm missing something. Is it just in a weird spot or is something else going on?

Also yes, I know all my versions are ancient. Its a very old machine.

But the openssl that came with the OS is 0.9.8 or something very old.

Brew doesn't list system components.
