I see that a PR was merged to update Node from 12 to 16, but I'm still getting the warning:

There has not yet been a new release, you can use coverage@main as a temporary fix till there is a new release in this repository

Not my project just experience with github actions

would like to see an official release, preferably 3.1 or 3.0.1 as this would make many project automatically use the new version
