TOC stylings on the right hand side

I'm not sure if this is an issue or not. I created the TOC after you did the CSS, so I just shoved some filler styles in there. I put the font size so that it is shrinks with every level of the TOC. I quite like the effect of that. I'm not sure if you want to improve the way the thing looks though?
