Re_ Is Sofa still work for CouchDB 1.0.0? 2

So, what are the full instructions for loading and running sofa with
couch 1.0 please ? I have tried
git clone git://github.com/jchris/sofa.git followed by,
couchapp push . sofa.

It seems to load the database to my local couchdb, but
http://127.0.0.1:5984/sofa/_design/sofa/index.html gives me this:
{"error":"not_found","reason":"Document is missing attachment"}

The code running on jchrisa.net is only compatible with CouchDB 0.10
