false-positive home-check in inventory.xml if home was deinstalled

Installation of GI- or DB-Home check inventory.xml to ensure the same home is not already installed. If the home once existed but was deinstalled, the check might erroneously assume the home is still there because it ignores the REMOVED=T flag.
