FPGA disconnects after download is done

I'm using the examples given on the website to test my FPGA, i use the make dfu command, everything seems to be working, the download is completed, I see a first message which indicates that there is no error, but then the FPGA disconnects (not available when i use dfu-util -l), and I receive this error message...

Has anyone had this problem ?

I get this as well.
I just put it down to the FPGA resetting after the download completed as the downloaded code works well.
