With valid YAML, SnakeYaml 1.29 has trouble parsing YAML with tabs at the end of lines, and empty lines between comment lines.

WDT symptom:

    1. WLSDPLY-09014: createDomain was unable to load the model from test.yaml due to a translation error: Unable to parse model from file test.yaml : Failed to parse file test.yaml: -1

Stacktrace from log:
Caused by: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: -1

at org.yaml.snakeyaml.scanner.ScannerImpl.scanToNextToken(ScannerImpl.java:1222)
at org.yaml.snakeyaml.scanner.ScannerImpl.fetchMoreTokens(ScannerImpl.java:308)
at org.yaml.snakeyaml.scanner.ScannerImpl.checkToken(ScannerImpl.java:248)
