Revision tags from other branches should not be shown in history #4741

Describe the bug
There is an option to show revision tags on a history page by clicking on Show revision tags.
However, while a file history contains changesets from only one branch, shown revision tags are from all branches. It is quite confusing to see unrelated tags from the other branches.
To Reproduce
Open a history page of a file which has tags in multiple branches. Then click on Show revision tags.
Expected behavior
Tags only from the given branch should be displayed.
