The /more summary does not list scopes

The summarizer will display the scopes next to searched symbols however if the output is too big and one clicks on the [all...] link (which leads to something like https://grok/source/more/foo/bar.c?q=refs%3ATerm&path=%22%2Fproj%2Ffoo%2Fbar.c%2F%22), the scopes are not displayed.

I have a finished, upcoming branch, feature/new_highlighter, that uses the modern Lucene UnifiedHighlighter, lightly customized for OpenGrok, in lieu of PlainLineTokenizer for search.jsp — and also for more.jsp so that both presentations use the same highlighting logic (hence fixing this issue).

Enhanced highlighting is necessary to support my other finished, upcoming branch, feature/extra_indexing, which allows OpenGrok users to choose to index all non-whitespace for full: queries. E.g., to allow such queries as: full:parent_def-> to find all instances of that pointer de-referencing.

feature/new_highlighter also allows the user to specify a non-zero number of extra context lines to show. I.e., similar to grep -C[num]: "Print num lines of leading and trailing context surrounding each match."

feature/new_highlighter also fixes OpenGrok so that defs: search is strictly in accordance with ctags output rather than being the result of PlainLineTokenizer's re-analysis. CtagsReader is also enhanced to supplement the tags output when necessary — e.g., to work around ctags's default 96-char pattern limit or ctags's condensed signature extracts — so that Definitions.Tag instances are more accurate w.r.t. source text.

feature/new_highlighter also fixes so that non-zero Project tabSize is handled without problem for context presentations.
